POST CONTRACT

• Drafting of contractual letter to Contractors/Subcontractors/Suppliers in relation to their work performance and working activities on site

• Recording of all Back Charges and Contra Charges and notifying to the Contractors and Subcontractors

• Calculates and imposes or reviews penalties in accordance with Contract

• Ensure the submission of Contractor’s/Subcontractors’ insurances/bonds in accordance with the contract

• Lead and supervise the QS team comprising for 3-4 people

• Reviews and settle final accounts with Subcontractors.

• Advises on contractual issues, such as: damages (penalty), insurance, and noncompliance.

• Well versed and working knowledge of FIDIC Contracts and management of key Contract Clauses.

• Coordinate with project managers to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.

• Reviews the Subcontractors close out administration and ensure that they meet their contractual requirements.

PRE-CONTRACT

• Preparation of Pre-Tender Estimates (PTE), Invitation to Tender, Floating Tender, issuing Tender Documents including BOQ, Specifications, Drawings, Scope of Works, Programs, General Condition, Particular Condition of Contract and all other required documents. Making pre-tender and post tender clarification with technical and commercial team. Tender Evaluation and preparing of BID TABS with my comments/recommendation and submitting to our tender manager for review and finalization.
