As floor up I set up the whole floor and closed it down including trash, bathrooms, dishpit, sweeping and mopping the floor. Bartender set up bar in the morning for open and closing properly at night. We had 74 taps so had to check those and change when needed. We checked inventory everyday and ordered when needed as well as write checks to live music players and vendors. Bartenders were expectancy’s very hands on in the management aspect in reporting sales everyday. Creating reports documenting and filing them at the end of every shift.
