Construction of residential buildings, water retaining structures, water pipeline works with client GWSSB – Gujarat in India. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate the construction and design objectives as met as per planned deadlines.

Review and evaluate the project all designs technical drawings are in line to avoid delay of execution.

Coordinate with subordinate of project team as well as execution, planning, quantity survey, quality of works, monthly invoice with PMC and client.

Coordinate with procurement team and suppliers for technical approvals for each construction usage of materials based on the designs.

Arrange meetings with subcontractors and subordinates for weekly plans and requirement of resources & materials and resolve the site issues.

Ensure the cost analysis like manpower resources, material, sub-contract works, project overhead charges etc. based on the requirements with project budget.

Conduct weekly project constructability meeting with PMC and client to achieve the goals with project protocols and raise obstacles if any to execute activities.

Providing engineering developing plan as per client/ consultant’s demand for amendment works.

Gathering and analyzing data, reports, drawings to execute the work progress based on company’s agenda.

Evaluating the procedure and materials comply with project specification and satisfaction of client and accomplish to reach the company’s standard quality base on the financial view.

Maintain all records like each task of every project work and complaints and detailed project file include updated plans & drawings through mail unit with clients /top management.
