*Manage product development in all aspects from inception to completion.
*Liaise with customer and manufacturers regarding the development of products from pre-production to final production to ensure satisfaction in style, construction and quality as well as staying competitive in pricing .
*Oversee all aspects of design, fabrication, construction and technical difficulties to advise solutions and alternative options to meet the customers satisfaction and price range.
*Maintain a Time and Action calendar, keeping track of development process runs smoothly and runs on schedule with optimal results.
*Report to supervisor any issue which may delay development process
*Coordinate production process from the initial steps of placing orders to the final execution.
*Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the apparel and accessories industry, construction methods, fabrications, trims and relevant technologies. Using technical knowledge to specify product materials for appearance quality, weight, and hand-feel.
*Be the main point of communication between the production team and manufacturers on all production details, both overseas and domestic provide feedback and clear direction with regards to production status for all products and ensuring all issues are resolved.
*Ensure product adheres to design while maintaining margin requirements.
*Adhere to timelines by meeting all due dates, ensuring the 100% completion of all products, and monitoring the production process constantly in compliance with specified instructions and timelines.
*Update all information in files to support production process.
*Review & comment all manufactures’ submits prior sending to customers final approval ( i.e. including lab dips, strike-offs, trims, yardages, proto samples & finished dups samples)
*Tracking & follow up all details on daily basis, update daily charts & weekly charts.
*provide customer’s progress status with update weekly chart with details to customer.
*New ideas & view regarding quality issues and others.
*Educating the factory to understand different Buyer procedure & monitoring the factories progress regularly.
*Motivate to factory following right procedure to ensure quality and production.
*Applying technique strongly in factory to improve Quality & Ensure customer satisfaction, No claim, No in store failure for quality.

*Social technical and Security Compliance: Face and follow with HR and Compliance dept regarding factory compliance. Always working with factory for continues development for factory production record & in-house quality system.
