I have the experience, technical expertise, and ability to lead with both candor and competence as a Network Engineer. I have worked in the Telecommunications field for most of my professional career, to include over ten years in the United States Army and five years as a NOC Tier IV technician. I have been the NOC Shift Lead for over 4 years, in that time I have continually challenged myself and peers to improve how we do our job and ways to improve our customers experience. I have received achievement of appreciation for special projects, and numerous accolades from peers and customers. In all of the leadership courses in which I have attended, I have gone above and beyond the standard while excelling to achieve the status of Honor Graduate and Distinguished Honor Graduate in my professional development courses.
