- Triaging patients according to priority

- Vital signs, o2 saturation monitoring.

- Keep the first expiry to the front part of the fridge.

- While arranging vaccine in the fridges give space in between.

- Polio and MMR vaccine should always be kept in the coldest area of the fridge because they are more sensitive to heat and light.

- Always check the power cable of the fridge.

- Administration of pediatric and adult vaccines.

- Health teaching given to the parents about post vaccination care and adverse event followed by immunization.

- Always ask the parent to sit in the observation area for 15 mins to observe any allergic reaction after vaccination.

- Report AEFI to Ministry of Public Health.

- Weekly immunization document sent to supreme council of health.

- Monthly statistics of vaccines sent to supreme council.

- Give an appointment for next vaccination schedule.

- Prepare defaulter statistics and send it Ministry of Public Health.

- Encourage mothers to do breast feeding.

- Make sure pediatric E-Cart and Epipen junior and adult available in the nearest area.
