I’m a fast paced hands-on learner. I like to get on top of tasks and get them done and I’m also capable of multitasking and getting all my work done in a timely manner. For example, I worked at a pizza hut for two years and mastered most of their tasks. I’ve been able to handle phone calls, make wings, and help customers at the front desk at a fast pace. I am good at time management. I’ve developed good time management skills through balancing school, work and my personal life and needs. I don’t allow any of those three parts of life to affect each other. I am a good listener and usually would rather listen to make sure I can provide the proper response to a customer and/or to make sure I’m communicating well with my fellow coworkers. Even though I can communicate well with my peers I’m still really shy but I’ll try my best to fulfill whoever I’m serving a product too or giving simple information about a product or serving to a coworker, manager and most importantly the consumer. ● I would open cash registers to be used for lunchtime.

● Restock food, milk, chips, sporks, cleaning supplies, etc. I would restock supplies for the whole cafeteria to use.

● At the end of the shift I had to clean and disinfect everything used, sweep, and take out the trash.

December 2018 - Present

Pizza Hut, 595 S Mt. Vernon Ave, San Bernardino 92410 - Delivery Driver

● I deliver pizzas and I get timed on my deliveries so I need to work at a very quick pace to get back in time so our times don’t drop.

● I wash dishes, scrub surfaces, take out the trash, answer phones, attend to customers, I’m one of the main delivery driver trainers.

● I also restock pizza boxes, wing boxes, and any supplies needed to prepare any of the food.

● I prepare the dough we use.

● Pizza Hut experiences a lot of rushes so the pace of the work environment is non stop until the rush is over.
