RESPONSIBILITIES AS QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS):

Calculating all initial quantities as per drawing.

Recalculate all the quantities during the whole Project.

Ensuring that all payments are in line with agreed contracts.

Issuing payment certificates for each contract as per the actual quantities.

Checking all terms and conditions of all contracts after issuing from engineering departments.

Daily connection with suppliers and contractors regarding any confusion in their contracts or quantities.

Weekly report showing the achieved quantities during week.

Monthly reports showing the sum of quantities have done during the whole month.

Providing full support regarding variation orders monitoring the difference between B.O.Q and executed quantities

Quantity take-off from approved shop drawings of all items of work using AutoCAD.

Preparation of estimate for purchasing martial like cement, sand, Aggregate, Steel, Form work, Scaffolding etc.

Compare materials and costs against approved Bill of Quantities.

Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and approved from consultant.

Preparation of Monthly Invoices as per work done.

Check and Verify Sub Contractor Invoices.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS CIVIL SUPERVIOSER WITH ABV RCOK GROUP Ltd.:

Supervision of the Site team (Skilled Workers)

Block – lying and plastering.

Finishing masonry works such as tiles setting and granite settings.

Monitoring the materials to be used for masonry tiles works.

Coordinate with the superior regarding the work procedure.

All kinds of Tiles Fixing and measuring.

Finishing masonry works.

Concrete works, Finishing works.

Installation of the pouring guide for Concrete casting.

All kinds of Plastering Works.
