Compliance report on legislation and standards.

Monthly work location / Tools inspection report.

Hot work & cold work permit system.

PTW & LOTO system preparation.

Fire drill preparation.

Fire fighting equipments maintenance.

Regular safety awareness scheme. (slogan/ competition)

Ensure that work safety procedures are carried out

To co-ordinate with production department.

Delegate and supervise duties for smaller team of people to tackle specific assignments needed to be done on a daily basis.

Liaise with clients on expected output and maintain open and clear communication with other supervisors to meet all the necessary requirements needed for the completion of the job.
