01/09 – 09/14 – Fire Sprinkler Design / RME – G Test & Inspections Specialist - Contract with targeted Fire Sprinkler Contractors in – Las Vegas, Maryland, and Texas while traveling in support of Spouses primary employment.

1)Fire Protection Design/Engineering Design of Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems using AutoSPRINK to include Hydraulic Calculations, Stock-listing, on-site Survey and Field Support for Installation. Plan review and sign off for submittal to the Owner and AHJ.

2)RME-G duties – Inspections / Inspection Sales Consultant, including Department Roll-Up contribution: Inspection Sales to include performing the Inspection and following up with the Inspection Report and prepare any Deficiency Quotes. Design of Fire Sprinkler Systems, Hydraulic Calculations, Water Flow Tests, on-site Surveys when required.

RME-G duties of signing and installing Inspection Testing and Maintenance tags and signing off on Fire Sprinkler Plans for the Building & Fire Departments AHJ for permitting.

Rebuild and create new client base. Scheduled and cold call site visits to establish Sprinkler System, Alarm System & Extinguisher inspection requirements. Prepare quotes for potential new customers.

Synchronize Motorola MC55 handheld computers with laptops to generate professional Inspection Reports, Deficiency Reports, and Inspection Certificates for the Owner and the AHJ. Quotes prepared for the owner to repair deficiencies. Perform inspections and testing on Fire Sprinkler Systems to include customer interaction.

3)Fire Sprinkler Project Manager Engineering and Design and Project specific Management of Automatic Fire Suppression Systems using AutoCAD/SprinkCAD. Tasks include Sub Contractor trade interfacing, hydraulic calculations, field survey, material stock listing for fabrication, and submittals to the Architects, Engineers, and City Officials.
