EXPERIENCE: PART-TIME MATH TUTOR
Tutored middle school and high school students in Washington DC Metro Area and beyond (remotely) in mathematics from 1998-2007, 2014-23. Subjects included Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2/Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus. Tutoring was performed primarily at the student’s home with parental supervision. Developed sample practice problems based upon the students’ questions for homework assignments, quizzes, tests, and exams.

Prepared traffic signal warrant studies for MDOT SHA. Managed traffic counts throughout the state of Maryland. Drafted traffic plans, including designing maintenance of traffic, signage/pavement markings, signal plans, and other drawings using computer-aided design software. Provided assistance on a multiple of tasks inside and outside of the office including being a consultant contractor at the Montgomery County DOT’s Traffic Engineering and Operations Section. Taught VDOT work zone traffic control classes to field personnel of multiple firms. Provided overall traffic/transportation engineering design and analysis support throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Currently work in our Prince George’s County based office in Lanham.
