● Coached the program and teams as they moved from a waterfall methodology to an agile methodology. Provided agile training sessions and refreshers for the entire program.

● Managed the end-to-end testing team for the major release of the newly improved delivery performance and omni-channel inventory management. By owning the E2E testing, the release saw a decrease in production defects, and became more of a proactive rather than reactive to defects.
