Originally defined as “Release Train Engineer” (as in SAFe), but there were no Release Trains/Programs yet.

Definition and Improvement of the Business and Development processes and their implementation in the organization tool (Jira Agile) and the teams with the central TDM team. Drive new Stock Market app/system features and change requests through development (after working with Business and Product Management to achieve the appropriate maturity for development first) across various teams to Integration, Production and Productive Release. Coordinate with/train Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Management and Team Managers.

Defined the overall SDLC, role of the TDM, Sprint Planning, Demo/Review and Retrospective ceremonies.
