Responsibilities:

• Managing all refinery activities including construction, pre- commissioning, commissioning and operations. Coordination with Clients, Contractor and Sub-Contractors for providing Safety inputs & coordinating with the site management activities

• Implementation of Company’s Safety Policy, Rules, Work Procedures, Implementation of Check Lists, Preparation of Inspection Reports, Accident Advisory Reports and Statistics.

• Implement the system through meeting, training, demonstration, drill etc. Monitor by inspection, site visits, audits, review etc. and measure the performance using non-conformances, near-miss reports etc. and suggest measures for continual improvement.

• Manage systems for logging Non-conformance, complaints/ incidents, investigate/ review/ analysis and recommend corrective / preventive actions, ensure implementation and evaluate effectiveness.

• Identifying & developing alternate safety sources for achieving healthy working equipment, accessories and materials so as to minimize project near miss/accident cost

• Overseeing the Safety issues for the entire project; reviewing the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports and monitoring site progress associated with HSE activities
