Role – Elevator Mechanical System Design Engineer

Modification & design of Elevator parts especially in sheet metal (Counterweight frame, Panels & Door operators) & safety related components (Over speed governors & Safety gears) with hand calculation & Reverse Engineering. Practical expertise in 3D modelling software mainly for structural analysis, sheet metal design and assembly level feasible check according to client need & company norms. Actively participated as a team member in leading OPS projects like Government projects, commercial & other prestigious project.

Hands on experience in handling 5 WHY Analysis process based on analyses root cause of feedbacks & take necessary corrective action for installed sites & manufacturing units. Skilled in Globalization of Document Idealization & Support for CAD Layout completion within the target dates.
