3. Coordinate Manpower based on project requirement. 4. Plan and Implement relevant JSA and Safe Work System for job execution. 5. Maintain Operational KPI.

6. Issue all Communication relevant to operation.

7. Coordinate finalization of worker Assessment.

8. Address manpower issues.

9. Ensuring all Lift Plans are in place and viewed for final Lifting Confirmation. 10. Ensuring all Rigging & Lifting Accessories are Load Tested & Inspected prior to lift. MAJOR PROJECTS WORKED ON:
