Skilled in back-office duties such as administering injections, mixing vials, entering patient data into electronic medical records, completing the CAIR process, gathering patient histories, and understanding the reasons for their visits. of prescription drug interactions, side effects, contradictions, and counseling. Responsible for conducting skin tests, ordering necessary supplies, managing inventory, recording vital signs, and providing information on health plans such as BMI, smoking cessation, and illegal drug counseling. HIE notes also be communicated to referring doctors, while any changes in a patient's condition, allergies, or other important information is documented in a timely and accurate manner.

• Credentialing: Contracts with Health Care Insurance Group, maintaining up-to-date demographics for our providers, CV’s, Malpractice insurance, DEA, License, add or delete any providers from Pecos, Palmetto, DME credentials

• Human Resource: Making sure new employees get accurate and proper training, HIPPA, OSHA, background checks, W-4, I-9 paperwork, payroll, record keeping for all Doctors, and employees.
