Job duties entail Engineering (work with production machines/edit bays) Infrastructure (onboarding, offboarding creating user/email accounts) prioritizing asset management for all company assets, PC and Mac (JAMF). Windows 7 to 10 migrations and worked with MDT and SCCM. Patch network ports and configured

Cisco and Comdial (Nortel Phones). Utilized Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity Connection.

Back ups and data transfers, creation, disablement, reactivation, and removal of user accounts in Active Directory.

Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network connectivity problems. Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers. Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.

Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality. Configuration and deployment of all desktops/laptops. Provide on-call or remote customer service to client’s computers to resolve issues.

Worked with Deluxe Security Team, responsible for creating and activating Deluxe employee badges, granting access by applying clearance codes to authorized users. Manage and secure all corporate owned mobile devices utilizing Centrify MDM and Assist end users with their IOS and Android mobile connectivity issues.
