I am the first person visitors and staff see. These are my main responsibilities:

• Open and close the offices

• Check messages

• Sending out emails when requested

• Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the proper staff members

• Make sure that all mail is picked up by the postal worker in the morning and have all of the end of the day mail ready by 3:30

• Assist with preparing for NRC's Annual Board meeting

• I have also organized the Purchase Orders in reverse numerical order Data Management (Aging)

I have been working with Mrs. Linda Murphy-Esmond for the past 4 to 5 years. I do this assignment weekly. I have an Excel spreadsheet for logging in the following:

• Action Plans

• Nutrition Screenings

• Caregivers forms

As of November 9, 2016, this task is was set to be done annually.

• Reassemble Providers' file folders after removing the outdated FY information

• Created a system that allows the Q & A staff to easily locate files by name

& date

• So far, FY 2012 to FY 2015 have been completed

I put together 300 portfolio folders

Planning Research & Development

I assisted this department with their mail, as needed SHIP, Information & Assistance

I was responsible for the following:

• Transferring incoming calls to the proper Counselor

• Assisting SHIP with TennCare Worksheet mail outs

• Making sure that all departmental mail has been sealed & has the proper postage

NRC Newsletter

September 2016 I was the Editor of the NRC monthly newsletter.

*This was my most difficult job so far. I honestly caught a headache over this one. Last but, not least

When asked to complete a project, (depending on what is required), I will ask for an example of the project that is to be completed. Once I get my system of operating together, I start working on that particular assignment. Especially, if there is a deadline. Over the 8 years that I have been employed with NRC, I have missed a few deadlines.

Once I start a project, have very few questions or concerns when doing what I am assigned. Education
