Currently a full-time employee with Avanir Pharmaceuticals in the IT G&A Applications team where I am responsible for management and support of all Finance related applications and Managed Service Partners in addition to the Contracts for each of the applications.

During my tenure here we have successfully completed a number of large projects with company-wide operational impact including, JD Edwards Chart of Accounts redesign, Bottomline Automated Accounts Payable implementation, Oracle EPM implementation, JD Edwards Tools upgrade, AWS migration and roll out, Anaplan Implementation, we implemented Purchasing in JD Edwards along with integrations to ACES Contract Management and Electronic Payment processing in JD Edwards along with external integration at the Bank of America. Managed the upgrade a new version of the Hubble adhoc reporting tool in 2021 and successfully rolled out to the end users.

Our team has also contributed significantly to the development of our internal SDLC process and worked cooperatively with multiple teams to improve financial processes and controls to reduce inefficiencies and issues related to our annual audits brought up during past year end reviews.

Service Master, Inc. – JD Edwards Financials and 3rd Party Integrations

Worked with Service Master rolling out a Sales Force and JDE integration in addition to perfecting other 3rd party integrations with their financial institutions and functional finance teams.

The engagement came to an end due to the restrictions in place during the Covid-19 pandemic.

7/2018 – 03/2019 - Consulting – Senior Consultant (Sub-Contract)

McPherson Oil, Inc. – JD Edwards Financials, Distribution, Procurement and 3rd Party Integrations

Worked with McPherson Oil to fix critical issues remaining from their original implementation of JD Edwards ERP. I worked with the Financial, Distribution, Procurement modules in addition to perfecting the related 3rd Party Integrations.

Worked with the Controller to design and implement a new Organization Structure and Chart of Accounts. We also turned Foreign Currency on in the Production JDE environment.

Implementing the Financial Modules for an aftermarket Motorcycle/ATV/UTV parts and accessories fulfillment organization.

Worked with Cardinal Health to stand up the JDE Xe Accounts Payable Module as an interim solution to provide Accounts Payable support for a newly acquired subsidiary.

Weatherford – JD Edwards Upgrade from Xe to 9.1

We upgraded a heavily modified version of Xe to 9.1 for a leading Oil and Gas Service Organization and completed the implementation within budget and on time.

9/2012 – 12/2012 – Surety Systems – Senior Consultant (Sub-Contract)

Old Dutch Foods – JD Edwards Foreign Currency and Fixed Assets Implementation

This implementation included turning on Foreign Currency in a live Production environment along with configuration of Fixed Assets for their facilities in the U.S. and Canada.

Chart of Accounts redesign for Invisalign and redesign of their organization structure along with implementation of Flexible Sales Accounting to capture product line profit and loss information.

Trek Bicycles U.S and Australia– JD Edwards Financial Implementation

Implemented JDE Financials for Trek’s Australian subsidiary including GL, AR, AP and Fixed Assets along with multiple bank interfaces to accommodate direct payments, cash receipts and bank reconciliation processing.
