Process Operator

• Qualified on board using ABB dcs that control different steam generators and distillation trains

• Perform duties that allow for me to review MOC ‘s and keep processes within standard operating ranges

• Use the skills and knowledge that I have gained over many years to analyze and troubleshoot different problems with the processes inside on the board and on various types of equipment outside.

EcoServices/Solvay/Rhodia - Baytown, TX 03/2004 to 5/2020

Senior Process Operator

Qualified Delta V Operator for fourteen of the sixteen years.

Operate Plant Machinery; Utilizing the facility’s computer system that operates the machinery to start up the plant, shut it down and run the production of materials.

Monitor equipment; Conducting continuous inspections of all key process points in the facility by identify anything abnormal. Responsible for making any necessary machinery and equipment adjustments and implement the proper response, including notifying supervisors if any issues identified.
