You understand that, by deferring the above monthly payments to the end of your Lease, your final monthly payment will be greater than your standard monthly payment. You agree that all above-deferred monthly payments, totaling $949.48, as well as your final scheduled monthly lease payment and any previously deferred payments are due on the original due date for your final monthly payment under the Lease due date. If you are enrolled in Auto Pay, the automatic withdrawal of your final payment will include your final monthly payment along with these deferred payments. If you end the Lease early, we will treat the deferred payments as due immediately before the early end date when we calculate your early termination liability and you will have to pay these payments in full as part of your early termination liability. Your next monthly payment will be due 2 months from 07/26/2023, on 09/26/2023. If you want to extend your lease term at the scheduled end of the Lease, you must first pay all deferred payments before we will agree to extend the lease.
