RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS

• Good experience in Manual and CAM for VMC and Turning Programming and setting up, proving-out of CNC (Milling, Turning) machines.

• Ability to read blueprints and drawings and instruction to use the measuring instruments for various dimensions.

• To set specified rotation speed, feed rate, Depth of cut, coolant flow and angle of cut in relation to work piece.

• Increases productivity improvements ensure optimum use of resources, productivity monitoring of machines (spindle run time),

(overall equipment efficiency), (measurement analysis).

• General knowledge for selecting the cutting tools and practical knowledge for cutting parameter.

• To prepare process sheet, Operational drawing and work instruction for setters and operators.

• To maintain continuous process improvements with safe work practices to reduce cost, improve quality and increase throughput for new and existing processes.

• Completed B.E MECHANICAL ENGINEERING at SASURIE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, VIJAYAMANGALAM with a CGPA of 7.3 during the year of 2012-2016 for an ANNA UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI.

• Completed HSC at THIRUVALLUVAR GOVERNMENT HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL, PERIYAAYEE PALAYAM with a PERCENTAGE of 73 during the year of 2010-2012 for a STATE BOARD, TAMILNADU.

• Completed SSLC at THIRUVALLUVAR GOVERNMENT HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL,PERIYAAYEE PALAYAM with a PERCENTAGE of 82 during the year of 2009-2010 for a STATE BOARD, TAMILNADU. DECLARATION
