Hardee Terrace Apartments must be provided with your new account numbers for your utility services. It is most important that your services take effect on the day your lease takes effect due to if these utilities are not turned over into your name on the day your lease takes effect, you will be charged a $50 rebill fee for each service and for any usage. The landlord will also take the steps to shut off services on the day that your utilities are to take effect per your lease agreement.

If services and declaration page for renter’s insurance is not provided to us to verify then no keys will be released.

Renters Insurance is mandatory to have, and a declaration page must be provided. The following is required with your renter’s insurance:

1 – Must reflect your new address

2 - $100K in liability

3 – Start date and end date of your policy

4 – Declaration page faxed over to us to review for any type of errors so they may be corrected prior to move in date.
