Work daily with the management of buildings, including maintenance services and outside contractors/vendors, keep records of payments. Supervising three employees, handling payroll and providing daily instruction while having direct contact with all residents, vendors and contractors. Referencing concerns/requests pertaining to any/all building related issues. Contacting and placing service orders with maintenance staff or specialty vendors/contractors.
