EXPERIENCE

I began working at 16 for an Orthopedic surgeon. He taught me everything about the back office like putting on casts, x-rays, dressing wounds, etc. After my second child he had me doing data entry and balancing the books on his computer. This was from 1974 until 1983. I then moved to Austin and worked

for Austin Foot Center as office manager, Westlake Orthopedics (now Texas Orthopedics) and again Westlake Orthopaedics. (Frosty Moore was the Dr. at both) where I did the triage. between the 2 Orthopedic jobs I worked at Alberson’s as a front end Assistant manager. I would work there 12 years, closing the store and balancing the safe at night, until they closed in Austin. I am now driving a bus for Chariot which is a non profit who takes 60 and over to appointments. I do this job because it is flexible and I really like the older community.

Graduated from Plano High School in 1977.

ACTIVITIES

I have been a member of Girl Scouts for 35 years and am currently the treasurer for Lake Hills GS.

I have helped feed the homeless with Mobile Loaves and Fishes past 10 years.

I have served many times on the board of my HOA.

I sponsor 2 transitional homes.

I love to camp and hang out with my grandchildren. I have 4. 14,12,5 and 2
