•Participated in conferences with parents, program staff, and school representatives.

•Served as a member of the CYS Services Garrison Rapid Improvement Team as needed to ensure assigned area is following all statutory and regulatory requirements leading to DoD Certification and national accreditation.

•Assisted supervisor in developing program budget. Manages assigned program areas to budget. Recommended the procurement of supplies and equipment. Prepares work orders as necessary. Provided input for information papers and briefings upon request.

•Monitored food service program for assigned area ensuring compliance with all applicable Army and USDA food program policies and procedures to include proper meal components and portion sizes. Maintained food program records as required.

•May be required to perform health related practices as reasonable accommodation for children with disabilities.

•Received a Performance Cash Award from previous Director of $806 as a Room Program Lead from Bauguess Child Development Center August 2010-June 2011.
