Major Job Responsibilities

Routine vehicle service maintenance and repairs.

Trouble shooting and diagnosing cause of vehicle performance failures.

Disassembling and assembling of engine and automatic transmission components.

Work with service reception staff to find out what the problem is with the vehicle, ensure a good understanding of customers complaint, where is vehicle performance failure.

Conduct of site service technician activities for fleet customer to ensure continues after sales support.

Ensuring customers satisfaction is achieved through FRFT – i.e. Fix Right First Time.

Carry out maintenance and repairs as per work instruction and produce defined by factory during recall campaign or service measures.

Ensuring that upon completion of job, all relevant documents and technicians’ report of finding are attached to the job for final quality control.

Maintains safety regulations of workshop practices that meet health & safety standards in the service center at all times.

Rectification ABD diagnosing of faults on vehicles in case of workshop comeback (repeat jobs).

Work as service advisor if there is a shortage of advisors, my duties include, opening, costing of job cards and communicating with customers for authorization and updates on service status.
