My job as a Journeyman was to do various jobs on commercial and sometimes residential construction jobs . I have been trained to do every single job from rough carpentry to finish carpentry. As a supervisor and job coordinator I would keep track of every aspect of the job-site that was assigned to me along with a large crew of workers. I had to first set aside time to go over the job and what needed to be done with a general contractor and go over any timelines that needed to be met and give that person a realistic idea of what could and would be accomplished. Then I would pick my best guys for whatever the duties of the day or week that would be the best fit and get the most amount of work done and then oversee any work. Problem solving was a must in the field. I kept track of hours,attendance, work orders,change orders, attend weekly meetings ect . At the end of the work day it was up to me to walk the job,check on quality of the mens work, go through all supplies and materials and make an order sheet for delivery the following day . I also had to fill out a daily report of everything that went on daily and what was planned the next day .

Operator of any one of thirty five different plastic mold injection machines . Some days we had to do rework or repair parts . Load out crates of parts and do quality inspection. Get crates of parts ready to add to inventory or get crates of parts to the right department in order for shipping on a just in time procedure which allows companies to get the right trim parts only when they need them and not have to store large volumes onsite before they need them. My job as a supervisor was to keep track of every single repair and job that was incoming and outgoing in the shop. I also had to keep track of the mold tech's time at the actual shop and the time that was spent repairing a broken machine . I also had to fill out logs that kept track of what was wrong with the machine that was repaired, and whatever parts it may have needed for the repair. As the ceiling crane operator my job was to hook up and attach very heavy molds from the area where they were stored to whatever machine the mold was being installed . I was the only one in the shop on my shift that was allowed to use the crane . It was my responsibility to make sure every single safety rule was followed to a T . I never had any accidents and always passed every time Ohsa scheduled the shop for a random safety check . I am very familiar with all factory safty procedures . Maintenance on large plastic mold injection machinery when they would break down . I also performed preventive maintenance on those same 32 machines when due. I many times either directed or with a partner performed mold changes when a change in parts was needed .
