SUMMARY Experienced Senior EHS Manager with more than fifteen years working in manufacturing and no manufacturing companies. Highly motivated, hands on and collaborative profile. Professional with large experience in culture transformation and team work, effective participation on a merge of two big companies (Avon and Natura) with different processes and cultures. Experience as safety leader in many big projects of expansion (manufacturing and Distribution Centers buildings).
