Application engineering, turnkey startup and programming for 1250 MW pumped hydro storage facility: Equipment included Forney ECS-1200 DCS, Forney MMI, Forney AFS-1000, and small PLC’s. Additional application programming included report generation, maintenance scheduling in C, Dbase, and Clipper.

Installation, startup, site supervision and applications programming of a large municipal waste water treatment facility: The job included ECS-1200 DCS, telemetry telephone communication to interface TI PLC's. PLC programming included TI 530/TI 550 for remote pump and regulator site SCADA.

Startup of slab casting facility at a major steel manufacturing plant: Experience included Forney ECS-1200 DCS and GE Series 6 PLC. Programming included both DCS direct I/O and register interfacing to GE Series 6 redundant PLC for mold, heavy roll motion, torch, steel marking, and stacking. DEC Vax 750, 785, PDP11, Micro Vax II process and report generation interfaces.

Programming and hardware assignment for a major pulp and paper company: The job included Forney ECS-1200 DCS/AFS-1000 Burner Management System to control recovery boiler and bleach plant process. Applications experience included ash handling, lime kiln operation, Burner Management (BMS), and regulatory combustion control (CCS) of the boiler for gas, coal, black liquor, bark, solids application.

Control System and application experience in petrochemical process control of low-density and high density polyethylene and utilities.
