Learned the trade of pipe fitter/welder within the refinery industry, maintenance and construction in the oil and refinery support business. Underground piping, tank repairs along with the building and installing of gas racks at refineries.
As a laborer gained knowledge in the operation of heavy equipment such as
Backhoe, Bobcat, Boom trucks, also limited experience operating a hyd. mobile boom crane.
Moved on for better wages and benefits due to getting married.

Installing high-pressure steam, condensate, gas, water and chemical piping, wastewater system repairs.
1995 Was promoted to maintenance supervisor/project Coordinator.
In 1996 was promoted to maintenance manager position and relocated to Southeast Michigan, where we had three facilities in the metro Detroit area. I was responsible for all machine maintenance, moving and setting up along with building maintenance, facility upgrades and janitorial staff internal and vendors. Contractor selection and bidding process,
March of 2000 my position was eliminated due to company short falls.

Ford Motor Co.
Was hired as a Skilled Trades Supervisor
Supervision of building and construction trades along with machining trades. With as many as 40 trades reporting to me and have worked all shifts in a seven-day operation. Supporting both machining and assembly of axels in a 3ml sq. ft. facility. Conduct crane and hoist inspections/PM’s with Contract vendors and repairs with UAW trades. Infrastructure responsibility such as compressed air and powerhouse and substation maintenance. Production experience gained in the machining of ring and pinion gear sets and the heat treating of both.
Presently I’m the midnight shift Process Coach/Supervisor in the facility and construction trades, With plant wide responsibility in absence of the shift manager.
