IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Hireology: Chicago, Illinois 2022-
At Hireology I was a systems admin for all service accounts and managed Zendesk ticketing system. I was responsible for deploying new devices to new hires that joined the company as well as leading the onboarding Zoom sessions where I would instruct the new employees how to navigate their Mac and get them accustomed to the soft- ware that Hireology used daily. I worked closely with product and engineering using Jira to help maintain sprints to keep the teams on track for new product releases. For existing users I would lead Zoom Webinars once a quarter to teach employees who signed up what new changes have been introduced in their department. My role also consisted with working in office and setting up and maintaining AV systems and print- ers for the office as well as hosting company wide Zoom presentations weekly. Genius
Apple Michigan Avenue: Chicago, Illinois 2017- 2021 I work as a Genius at Apple Michigan Avenue. My role consisted of troubling shooting device and repairing all Apple products. I am skilled at with all software that is com- patible with Apple devices as well as setting up secured networks and security mea- sures.

The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC): Chicago, Illinois 2011-2017 I work in the IT department of The Rehabilitation Institute by receiving calls from other departments with issues with their MacBooks or iMacs and run troubleshooting and diagnostics test on their hard drives to find out what issues they are having. I also contact other companies to order the necessary parts or necessary devices for opti- mum efficiency of the staff
ARCHITECT/LEAD DESIGNER
SOMA Architects: Design and Interior Designer Consultant 2010-Present I am a design consultant for SOMA architect where I worked with clients on new pro- posals for building designs and complexes through out the city. I would meet with clients and work with them digitally to create a visual and diagrammatical Keynote presentation and Rhino/Autodesk models of what the envisioned and wanted to see brought to life. After meeting with clients that would like interior renovations I would present them catalogues of home decor and furniture catalogues and them scan and render them in 2D in Illustrator or Photoshop or 3D in Autodesk or Rhino. I also work with high profile clients and celebrities to facilitate and develop security measures for new platforms, clients range from and Floyd Mayweather to WNBA and the WBC. 10011 S.
