I am writing to express my extensive experience in relation to positions you have open. I have worked in logistics and shipping the majority of my life. My initial training started during active duty in the United States Navy Supply Division as a Storekeeper (SK) at Naval Air Station San Diego, CA. I received a majority of my logistical training during three years of deployments aboard the U.S.S. Belle Wood LHA -3 home ported in San Francisco, California. I have performed delivery for auto parts distributors, retailers, and Class C manufacturing grade material suppliers. I have operated vehicles up to 26,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight. I can safely operate various types of vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions. While in the military and as a civilian I have operated delivery vehicles, tugging vehicles, and forklifts. I have performed duties as a service route technician. I processed or delivered products on weekly routes. I utilized the most technologically advanced equipment to accomplish these duties. I have loaded or unloaded semi- trailers, freight carriers, ship and RR yard freight carriers.

I performed accident free operations of bob cats, cherry pickers, multiple types of tow motors, and lift vehicles. I have operated most warehousing, shipping and receiving equipment. I performed in shipping and receiving, as well as inventory control management in warehouses and manufacturing facilities. I performed inventory management control of hazardous materials, soft and hard line items. Operated in production of plastic extrusion plants products I have Quality Control (Q. C. ) inspector, shipping clerk and material handling in ISO standard facilities. I have been an Over The Road (OTR) Class A Driver consistently since 2014 to the present. I am looking to find a position on day shift to be more available to my family. I seek employment in field of my previous experience.

I am a safety cautious, dependable, hard worker. I am a quick study, teachable and have the willingness to train by your procedures. I am computer literate in Microsoft Office and Windows systems. In all I have over ten years of experience performing inventory control, logistical procedures, call center customer service and office equipment operations.
