Wyn has experience in both public works and the private sector. As a Senior Construction Inspector, his expertise includes quality assurance (QA), project documentation, and safety oversight. His project experience includes all aspects of shipyard work, quality control (QC) management, single-family construction, state and federal contract work, high-voltage traction power systems, seismic retrofit, fiber optics, 480V switch gear, substation, runway lighting, NAVAIDS, baggage handling systems, automated fare collection and mixed-use facilities, and light rail projects. Previously, he worked for contactors as a Resident Engineer, Project Manager, QA/QC manager, Health and Safety Manager, Project Engineer and Superintendent. In addition, for 10 years he served with the United States Coast Guard Service under a high-level security clearance.Additionally I have held high levels of security clearances for Airport Work at Sea Tac.

Performed all aspects of Inspection requirements for the placement of Duct Banks, Track Slabs, Track Placement, OCS supports, Sewer Lines, Storm Lines, Water Lines and more. He has provided Daily Reports, Photo Document, Reviewed Submittals, RFI’s, Specs as related to project requirements. Coordination with Tacoma Water, Tacoma Environmental, Tacoma Streets and other City agencies as needed to assist with keeping project meeting all City and State Standards.

Lander Bridge Project, Seattle, WA. Senior Inspector May 2018 – Jan 2020 - HNTB

Performed all aspects of Inspection. But not limited to all Infrastructure work required for the placement of Bridge Structure, Sewer Lines, Storm Drains, Duct Bank, Street Lighting, Fiber Optic Systems, Concrete placement for Piers. He was responsible for review of RFIs, Photo Documentation, As Built Documentation, IDR’s, Compliance with all applicable SDOT requirements. Additionally, he performed and assisted the SDOT Outreach Group with informing Local Businesses of upcoming work to coordinate shut- downs, and informational notifications. Provided onsite coordination, prior to and during all shifts to ensure all City and State codes are followed.

7TH Ave Bike Path, Seattle, WA. Resident Engineer Dec 2017 – May 2018 -HNTB

As Resident Engineer, Responsibilities included all aspects of RE work inclusive of RFI’s, Submittal review, Schedule Review, Field Inspections, EWO Authorization, Traffic Control Systems, Sewer and Storm Drain Systems, Street Lighting, Weekly Progress and Permit Reports, Punch List and Documentation of all materials placed on site, SDOT Billing Standards, Red lining of plans for future use, Inspector Daily Reports and Photo Documentation.

AMTRAK/Sound Transit / WSDOT Station in Tacoma - Cascade Station WA. Project Engineer Feb 2017- July 2017 – WSP Engineering

Sound Transit Angle Lake Station Project #440, SeaTac, WA. June 2016 – Feb 2017 - WSP Engineering As a Construction Inspector, his responsibilities included inspection of multiple electrical components including Traction Power Substation, 480V switchgear, emergency generator tap box tie-ins, fire alarm systems, mechanical power sources, photovoltaic systems, UPS systems, battery banks, Cat6 communications and CCTV systems. Additional inspection duties included: seismic inspections for mechanical electrical plumbing; inspections of fiber optic systems and splices; BMS interface with fire protections systems; inspection of HVAC systems; punch list of items for compliance with Sound Transit and City of SeaTac requirements; weekly progress and permit reports; inspector daily reports (IDR) and photo documentation; and elevator and escalator progress inspections.

Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority (BAIFA) 200 Project, San Francisco, CA. Apr 2016 – June 2016 -CPM Engineering Senior Inspector for the BAIFA 200 project, which involved installation of 26 miles of fiber optics and all related equipment for the Pay Point Freeway Access System. This project involved planning and installing communication equipment to the infrastructure along Highway 680/580 to provide a means for pay points to a new Fast Tract System. Wyn's responsibilities included review of specifications and plans; review of submittals; field inspections and quality control management of all aspects of field work as completed by contractors; and communication with Caltrans before, during, after closure of traffic lanes.

Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) A-Line 34.5kV Cable Section Replacement, San Francisco, CA. Apr 2011- Mar 2012 – CPM Engineering

Senior Construction Inspector for CPM services. This project involved the replacement of the 34.5 KV alternating current cables between 19th Ave Substation and Bayfair Substation along BART's A-line. He performed QA inspection on installation of conduits, cable trays, cable_ splices, terminations, internal elbow enclosures as well as switchgears and other appurtenant hardware. He coordinated with Central Control for access to secured environments, generated daily IDRs, provided photo documentation of the work, reviewed plans, and specifications to ensure contract compliance of all the installations, and performed forward planning with the resident engineer and the BART engineer for installation of new equipment.

BART 480V Switchgear Replacement Phase 11, San Francisco, CA. Sept 2013- Feb 2013 - CPM Engineering

As of Senior Construction Inspector for this project that involved the replacement of aging electrical distribution panels and switchgears at 18 BART stations throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Work included de-energizing power to each station which is only allowed during non-revenue hours. Significant planning and review went into the approval of site-specific work plans including contingency measures as each station had to be fully operational during regular service hours. As senior construction inspector, he coordinated with the ASC, BART Communications Group, Central Control, and BART Police. He reviewed contract documents and provided onsite coordination prior to and during the process of switchgear replacement. He also qualified as a BART safety monitor, and utilization of BART's WONG System for forensic documentation.

BART Muni/Underground Stations, Earthquake Safety Program, San Francisco, CA. Mar 2010- Feb 2011 - CPM Engineering

Wyn was the Project Manager for this project that involved extensive seismic retrofit on and around the operating BART and MUNI stations utilizing Carbon Fiber and Epoxy compounds. He was responsible for the development of the site-specific work plans, health and safety plan, emergency response plan and quality control plan. He managed this contract in compliance with BART standards including coordination, monitoring and supervision of field personnel, trade subcontractors and materials testing. He was responsible for scheduling; safety monitoring; security clearances of trade personnel; and submission of RFl's, change orders, daily quality control field reports, safety reports, product submittals and shop drawings. He interacted with BART's project engineer, resident engineer, office engineer, QA/QC, and BART representatives to ensure that the project met all BART's standards.

San Francisco International Airport Renovation and Modernization, San Francisco, CA. Feb 2013 – Mar 2016

T3 East Terminal Renovation CPM Engineering: As a MEP Construction Manager/Construction Inspector for the T3 East program which included the expansion of the T3 East Terminal. As construction inspector, his work encompassed inspection of multiple electrical components including but not limited to substation work, load center, 480V switch gear, emergency generator systems and associated ATS Systems, SSR, fire alarm systems, concession electrical tie-ins, PBP, sprinkler systems, mechanical systems and PV Systems. He was responsible for all QC and development of closure of all punch list items with contractors.

Runway Safety Area Phase 1-11 CPM Services: Electrical Inspector for the RSA Program which involved enhancement to Runways 10-28s (Phase I) and 1-19s (Phase II), which was necessary to comply with Public Law 109-115, requiring airport sponsors to enhance RSAs per Federal Aviation Administration airport design standards. Wyn was responsible for runway work, fiber optics, electrical, and EMAS Installation, as well as the review of plans and specifications to ensure contract compliance of all installation. He was also responsible for review of requests for information (RFI), photo documentation, as-built documentation, and IDR's.

Baggage Claim Modernization Project: Mar 2014 – Sept 2014 CPM Engineering

As a Senior Electrical Inspector, Wyn reviewed RFl'S, as-built documents, and IDR's. He was also responsible for work scheduling to meet schedule demands. The project included electrical, mechanical, and review of plans and specifications to ensure contract compliance of all installations.

Baggage Claim Re-Control: Sept 2014- Mar 2015 -CPM Engineering

As an Electrical Inspector, Wyn reviewed plans and specifications to ensure contract compliance of all installations and was responsible for review of RFl's, photo documentation, as-built documentation, and IDR's.

In addition, I have worked in the Residential Housing / Mixed Use Housing / Corporate Facilities Manager

Quality Control Management / Shipyard Project Manager.

All of which entails management of all construction aspects, be it Structural, Civil, Front and Back End Construction Management, Quality Control Management, Construction Resolutions to State and Federal

Regulations, Ariel, and Track work.
