Job Description:

Preparation of Mud and controlling the parameters.

Handling the rig pump.

Making tally of drill pipes and tubings

Drilling brakes i.e tripping, drilling & handling rig during kick or abnormal situations

Process operator

Distribution and storing of liquid and gas phage hydrocarbon

High pressure PSV calibration,dropping,installing

High pressure liquid,gas storage vessel and Hydrogen high pressure bullet recomssion and maintenance

Operatin of ROV,control valve and PCV

Propane transfer line commissioning

Uploading,loading of butene,propylene,CBFS,HPG

Operating of Hydrogen high, medium compressors,butene and propylene unloading compressors

Operating and maintenance With adequate pressure of naphtha, ethylene,propylene, C2+ pumps

Preventive maintenance of Hydrogen High,medium compressors,butene and propylene unloading compressors.

Operation and maintenance of modern flare

Proper handling of emergency tripping and shutdown of plant

Attend fire training,mock drill properly

Operating vaporizer,heat exchanger

Operating high,medium,low pressure steam

Maintenance of steam trap online

Naphtha tank recomssion and inspection like NDT

Operation Knowledge of GSU,ECU,LLDPE and offsite and IOPS etc
