Conducts routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, properly functioning, efficiency, and does needed repairs of the safety of the operations in the building. Perform installation of new machines, fixtures, equipment's, facilities and utilities with in the area of responsibility. Inspects, operates, set up or tests assigned equipment and machine. Mark defective areas and performs needed repairs, or advises Intermediate Head on repairs needs. Ensures the safekeeping and the adequacy of tools and materials assigned. Maintains full knowledge of safety hazards and safety precautions and assures all adhere to all safety standard.

Prepare job related list of materials an/or purchase requisitions. Coordinates with concerned departments and inquires about status updates of job orders submitted, materials needed and costing.
