Produced operation manuals for large HOA’s, property inspections. Oversee and manage 120+ employees.

Managed restaurant design concept and created menu options based on food availability in Tokyo. Created menu, Trained staff, managed grand opening and operations for such time the owner could take over. Managed restaurant design concept from creative menu options. Achievements include operating largest grossing El Torito in California for 7 years as General Manager +with highest GOP grossing 5 million + per year. I provided creative marketing strategies. For example: I started a dancing club after dinner hours that created an additional $10,000 in sales per week in liquor sales. Assisted in opening 3 additional stores in San Diego.
