I have worked as an interpreter for the Spanish language line. My duties were to provide the best customer service to our clients as well as LEP. I had to interpret what the client and lep would say while on call and use the same tone as the LEP and client. I had to control the call and use the protocol if there were any interruptions and keep it professional for both parties. I had to ask for repetition if it was needed due to if there was noise in the background or cut out on the call. I interpreter for Bank of America as well as maral linch and other businesses.

I have worked with youth as a recreational coach-(YCW). My duties were to run the second shift as a recreational coach my duties were to give my best service and teach the minors any type of sports. I was also in charge of the clubs. My duties were to teach the minor dance choreography and basic steps and teach them advanced steps within time. Also, I would teach the minors Zumba for one hour for three classes depending on the day. I’m also certified for Tai Chi due to the company. Also, Effort to Outcomes

I worked with youth from Central America as a Direct Care Worker. My duties were to give the best service and supervision to the minors. The minors also had to follow a schedule during the day. Afterward, the youth had to go to their dorm and get their personal belongings. Also, a CSR form was provided for medical assistance or other service. At the end of my shift, I would provide the next caregiver with the information during the day.

Manager-Freshens and Cool Sweet Treats December 2011-September 2014 I would train my new employees how to be neat and work in a fast phase. Also, provide the best customer service to our customers during their shifts. Also, inventory was done daily and after clocking out they had to make sure that they were not short on money and leave the base with the right amount of money. I have awards from the PTA for doing my own dance choreography and placing Harlingen High in the first place.
