Leverage an extensive background in scaled Agile and Scrum frameworks to lead SDLC project teams and product owners to support integrated bulk inventory applications globally that include the release of upgrades and service packs for the DoD and the migration of legacy systems within commercial sectors.

Oversee the ongoing training of new technicians and project teams during major digital transformations while staying current on new trends to modernize an enterprise infrastructure. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Atlanta, GA System Integration Test Engineer (Data Provisioning Team) 2005 - 2007 Collaboratively worked with internal & external teams on the CDC’s $15 million project centered on their integrated electronic health information system (BioSense) in conjunction with the National Syndromic Surveillance Program (NSSP).

Architected and executed testing and workflow plans that consisted of defining cases and procedures, identifying key issues, and resolving potential obstacles.
