Priority to Team and Provider relations to create and maintain an environment that allows for their success, being that all of their needs are met accordingly,
Empower and support the leadership team with recruitment and retention efforts, onboarding and orientation of new associates, ensure adequate staffing and performance management in all areas,
Assist in all ways (within scope of work) that help to maintain administrative and clinical operations that will provide the highest quality care and best possible outcomes for patients,
Assist with defining and maintaining key measures of success and best care via Quality Measures,
