-Installation and maintenance of 750 Volt DC Switchgear 130 Volt DC Battery Charger, three phase and single-phase panels and automatic transfer switches and MG sets.

-Lead maintainer – completed installation projects of 15 KVA switchgear {mostly vacuum breakers},transformers and 750 Volt DC rectifiers at numerous SEPTA substations.

-Other responsibilities included lay out, placement of all equipment pipe work cable runs along with all control and SCADA wiring. Also responsible for ordering parts and estimating manpower needs.

-Troubleshooting, installation and repair of ventilation equipment, this equipment is either chain/belt driven or direct drive. This equipment utilizes large 3-phase motors, motor controllers and VFD controllers. I also performed foreman duties for substation maintenance that including assigning service and emergency calls, permit blocking and preventive maintenance.

-Attended numerous safety classes for SEPTA in addition to over 30 hours of seminars on NFPA70 in order to maintain my New Jersey electrical license. Troubleshoot and repair all lighting circuits and all UPS systems.

-Attendance: I have received the “Safety Award” for 15 years with qualifying time. Instructed new employees on operations and troubleshooting of all electrical equipment.
