I have updated my application with this summary of my current thoughts on what myself, managers, and supervisors think about my abilities for the work I have performed for Jetstream so far as a 3rd shift supervisor, shift team leader, team member trainer and cabin cleaner. I assist the management in training the team members and shift leaders while performing my current position as shift leader.
I have 5 years past experience in training employees with other companies, and running 3 companies of my own in my 42 year career, to include training team members, shift leads, asst. managers, and managers.
I'm a quick learner to any goals and/or tasks put in front of me. I've always started jobs at the entry level position to learn the job, if I could perform the work the company expects, and if I would be a good fit with the company. I'm very happy with everything I have experienced at Jetstream and find that I can easily be an asset to the company in their goals to be the best cabin cleaning business. I was advised by my manager and supervisor to apply for the supervisor position with the company because I would be a great fit due to my hard work quick learning abilities and dedication at the job. I would like to be given the opportunity to prove that my superiors are correct in their evaluation of my performance and my ability to continue to show I'm the right person for the position as Aircraft Appearance Supervisor.
Unfortunately, I no longer wish to work for Jetstream because they don't care about their employees and they don't keep their word.
