Responsible for 25 mig and tig welders . Working with about 200 different fixtures and gauge's. Reading and understanding several hundred blueprints. Ordering and keeping track of inventory items in my area. All quality issues. Performance Reviews of all my employees in my area. Running meeting in morning for our targets and goals. Hisada America-2nd Shift Assistant Manager 1/2012-2/2013 (Automotive Metal Stamping)

Responsible for 6 supervisors and 120 employees. Production scheduling, maintenance, work orders, vacation scheduling, safety training, following SOP and work instructions, following up on all audits (production and safety). Kaizen projects completions. Up to 87 work cells, die presses and welders, roll forming, performance reviews, discipline.

Responsible for the quality that is ran on 2nd shift. Scheduling all 3 shifts. Safety, attendance, starting up 5S. Improvements in production, blueprint reading, fabricating, tooling and maintenance on all equipment.
