Oversight of complete siding rebuild; OSB, gypsum Sheathing, house wrap, flashing and install of James Hardie color plus lap siding and trim. Current installation rate 7,500 – 8,000 sf per week.

§ Demo and install 35,000 sf of Decking. Upgrading to Azek PVC composite. I have completed an Azek University course and a production plant tour in Wilmington, Ohio. In September 2018.

§ Demo and install of 8,000 lf of aluminum rail for walkways, Balconies and staircases. Secured Vendor and Sub- Contractors

§ Manage, train, and schedule 70 workers for all trades involved; Demo, Framing, OSB sheathing, Gypsum sheathing, waterproofing, siding, railings, decking.
