Amazon FC as Associate T1. Receiving product from line and place in appropriate cage for stow. Decant items that incorrectly scanned and resolve.OB packing of inventory for shipping. Inventory control and Quality Assurance utilizing Bin count, cycle count, RFID by performing safety checks on bins for any overhang, overstuffed bins, incorrectly packed bins, etc and then resolving the issues by correct inventory placement, taking before and after pictures of placement. Utilized Order Picker to reach 40 feet racks for product pick. Trained in OP, Tugger and various other PITs.

Jun 2021 to December 2021 Stratosphere Quality as a Quality Control Associate for Toyota and Nissan automobile parts. Duties included, but not limited to: inspection of parts for splits, burrs, curls and other inferior issues. Inventory of products after inspected and

posting the correct label to parts. Miscellaneous duties as assigned

unloader. Currently working swing shifts of 8a-2p or 2p-8p. Able to stand on feet up 10-12 hours a day. In charge of teaching the new hires company policies, how to use the various resources to assist them on calls, how to troubleshoot technical issues, change programmings, explain billing, making service appointments and retention. Also assisted the new hire in various briefings and team building exercises that included, but not limited to: active listening, empathy, dealing with difficult customers and asking information questions and their resolutions.
