PERSONAL ORIENTATION:

Creativity, structure, ambition, sustainable, these are the main keys that drive most of my work in architecture design field, trying to give each and every building a unique personality.

The main interest is how to create the concepts for the project, and the most enjoyable project for me to do is an iconic complicated building, I am also interested in following up any design till the final drawing stages so I can make sure that it will be built as the design proportionately and from material selection side..

I can perform well under pressure and stay focused, I do love to start from an overall image then going deeper into detailing it to reach the final results, I had always worked in a team environment starting from a team member till a team leader, and I do have managerial skills and good communication skills that qualify me to deal with clients to companies passing by project management companies.

From my work experience designing in different countries, I do have a good knowledge of different tastes for people from different countries; I also can deal with complicated building regulations as I did work under many authorities which made me more flexible dealing with each project regulations case by case.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing preliminary design for commercial and residential spaces. Preparing working set of drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Applying artistic expertise and technical skills to create free hand sketches and coloring architectural presentations, renderings. Creating detailed drawings, specifications, resource estimates.
