Job Objective

A position as a Facilities Director or Chief Engineer with an established company.

Summary of Qualifications

•Facilities Director for over a 400,000 square foot facility. Project Manager of major capitol improvements and repair projects including developing scope of work, obtaining bids, etc.

•Obtain, negotiate, review all building service contracts and monitor the performance of vendors.

•Regular inspections of the facility for safety, up keeping, appearances and equipment performance.

•Provide oversight of maintenance/repairs and ensure contracted services are completed in a timely basis.

•Ensure all work is in accordance with Local/State/Federal and OSHA standards. OSHA certified.

•Possess the mechanical skills necessary for accomplishing repairs on systems and buildings.

•Review all construction plans with architects, state and county building inspectors, Board of Directors and owners. Approved consultants and sub-contractors to assure highest quaility of service and direct supervision of their work.

•Create safety reports, reviewed all accidents, incidents and identify trends as well as implementation of changes to reduce occurrences.

•Develop operating and capital budgets. Maintain and review fire safety and disaster plans. Implemented security systems.

•Spearheaded the final construction and activation of new projects so that it opened on time and under budget.

•On call as needed.
