Roles and Responsibilities

1.Monitoring and Controlling of day to day activities For Smart Buildings Through Centralized BMS

,Like HVAC,Fire Systems, Vertical Transport ( Lift & Elevators), Electrical systems & Maintaining Abnormality Tracker and Take action to close the Faults

2. Ensure Utility Services are Maintaining Sommthly Like (Electricity,OFA,HVAC,Lift& Elevator's).Serviceability is 100% And availability not less than 75%

3. Concentrate 52-Week PM Tracker And Try to complete PM activities as per schedule

4. Maintaining Incident Tracker and Found Root Cause, implement Corrective action for the Problem and make sure it should not repeat again

5.Co-ordinator with Vendor For Existing Projects, Any Modification, Servicing For Critical Equipment & Spare

6. prepare Daily & Monthly Weekly repot share to Top Management

7. Raising PO & PR For Vendor AMC'S & Calibration. Analysis the calibration & Service Report

8. Co Ordinate With Client Prepare Critical Spare list

9. Processing invoice alien with Accounts Team

10.Co-Ordinate with clients for walk through and close the SMBWA points

11. Technical & EHS training Provided by Shift Engineers & Technicians and maintaining tracker

Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Following Equipment

Handled up to 2000 KVA Diesel Generator (STERLING & Caterpillar)

HVAC system and axillary’s (1200 TR *4) Chiller Plant Water Cooled

Handling AHU, Indoor Outdoor A/C systems

HT/LT switchgear panel with protection system with relay provision with ENMC

Operation of BMS (Building Management System) & SCADA

Handling VCB/ ACB. Transformers 50MVA

Operation & Maintenance of STP

Maintained Server Room, Data Center Temperature & UPS power power Supply

Maintenance of dockleveler & Scissor lift

Handle Baggage conveyors & Scanning machines

Miniating Centrifugal Air Compressor 1000 CFM With Air Dryer

Monitoring Lift & Elevators Operations
