Throughout my time spent, Zara and H & M I maintained a healthy work environment. While protecting and securing both facilities.Some responsibilities while working there patrol the floor, make sure no illegal activity is occurring under my duty as well as accommodate the guest at any need.
●Patrol the area and the floor plan to ensure the staff safety as well as the guest .
●When a situation did arise, I kept the situation at bay by consulting with both parties, and trying to get an understanding for the situation, in a nonaggressive manner.

Throughout my time, spent doing arm security I've learned discipline and controlling situations with the firearm. I've also learned how to control situations without using a firearm.
